Air TravelWe compile your information and specifications, research availability, pricing, seating configuration and flight schedules including connecting flights and number of stops. Your booking can be on-line, by telephone or fax. Payment can be by credit card and your tickets will be delivered via email.
HotelsYou supply dates of arrival and departure, desired location of the hotel, preferences for specific hotel chains, frequent traveler number, number of rooms required, room configuration, price range and credit card information and we will research and recommend individual hotels. Upon booking, you will receive personal confirmation numbers that guarantee your room(s) upon arrival.
Auto RentalsOnce we receive your desired date, time and location of pick-up and drop-off, along with type of vehicle, price range and whether it is a daily or weekly rental, we will book your auto rental.
Other Ground TransportationThere may be a need for group transportation while on your trip. We arrange for custom coaches and private limo service for large and small groups.
CruisesOur expertise in recommending just the right cruise for your individual or group trip is well known. Cruising has become a favorite for employee incentive awards.

Important Public Service Message
United States Federal Law requires that travelers entering or reentering the United States from any international country (now including the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico and Canada) must present a government-issued passport to clear U.S. Customs.

All new travel passengers must book tickets in exactly the same name as appears on the government ID used at check in. Dates of birth and gender are also required at time of booking.
